The Happiness Index, providers of real-time employee engagement technology have announced they are offering organisations free use of their Employee Voice 24/7 product during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Employee Voice 24/7 is an open survey technology that allows workers to feedback on how they are feeling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Organisations gain the ability to listen on a daily basis – at scale – to monitor their people’s sentiment, understand their key concerns and to share high-level insight with their leaders to drive their internal communications strategy.
Matt Phelan, Global Head of Happiness at The Happiness Index commented: “Now, more than ever, it’s important that organisations are able to understand on a daily basis their people’s sentiment and measure their cultural health. With unprecedented numbers of people working from home, changing roles, isolating or sick – we felt it was vital to offer organisations this help.”
“The coronavirus pandemic has for many of us triggered our reptilian brain, meaning we are scared and stressed. Employers are no different and their instinctive reaction is often to pull up the drawbridge and not talk to, or communicate with their people. We believe the opposite! It’s more important now than ever before for organisations to: listen more, communicate more, share insight with their leaders and act in line with their values. If you say your people are your most important asset, then demonstrate this when the chips are really down.”
How it works
1 It’s an open survey technology that’s simple to set up and allows your employees to feedback on how they are feeling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2 Listening gives leadership teams a heightened sense of what is important to their teams and can help ensure their communications are well-timed and relevant to the audience.
3 The data is collected and then summarised in real-time via simple dashboards that help your leadership team understand how their people are feeling during this period of turmoil.
4 Our technology analyses, trends and organises the insights into various charts and graphs – so you can create meaningful action plans to create positive change during this difficult period.
5 We use a mix of sentiment analysis and AI-driven cloud maps to visually display the data in a quick and easy way to understand.
