International shipping and e-commerce expert Cynthia LaRue joins the Parcelhero Group to deliver growth

The international logistics and e-commerce veteran Cynthia LaRue has joined the UK-based logistics comparison group Parcelhero as its first-ever Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Her appointment comes as the group prepares to launch Parcelhero Pro, its cutting-edge, end-to-end shipping and fulfilment platform.

Cynthia, who is based in Greater Houston, Texas, USA, brings with her decades of industry knowledge honed through pivotal leadership roles at major shipping industry giants such as ShipStation and ShipMonk. Cynthia has held strategic, P&L-focused roles at a number of Fortune 500 organisations, driving digital e-commerce strategy at The Home Depot and leading brand and financial success for the iconic M&M’s chocolate brand at Mars.

‘Cynthia is a hugely talented and experienced executive. Her expertise in scaling revenue operations and fostering customer-centric growth will be pivotal in shaping our future and enhancing our service offerings across our portfolio of products,’ says Roger Sumner Rivers, the founder and CEO of Parcelhero. ‘As our first Chief Revenue Officer, Cynthia will own the entire revenue organisation, unifying Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. Her unique background provides her with an overall understanding of the merchant’s journey – from global brand demands to the operational efficiency required for fulfilment. That makes her perfectly fitted to this new role. I can’t wait to write the next chapter together – and truly couldn’t imagine a better person to help lead it.’

‘I am truly excited to be joining the Parcelhero Group at such an exciting time in its history,’ says Cynthia. ‘I will be directing the commercial growth strategy for the company’s four powerful brands: Parcelhero.com, Parcelcompare.com, DeliverPlus.co.uk and the upcoming B2B SaaS platform, Parcelhero Pro.

‘Parcelhero Pro is a cutting-edge shipping and fulfilment solution designed to empower DTC (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce merchants across the UK and the USA. I will be spearheading its launch and growth. I look forward to working with everyone at Parcelhero in building high-performing, collaborative revenue teams, focused on innovation and an exceptional customer experience.’

Cynthia will be responsible for accelerating the Parcelhero Group’s ambitious revenue growth trajectory, expanding market share and ensuring outstanding financial performance across the Group.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking and swimming. She holds a dual degree in management and an MBA from Belhaven University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
